General Information

 

Dear Guest, Please provide us with your flight arrival time and method of transportation (van, taxi or rental car) to the resort. Mail us to arrange transportation for you.

 

Airport

 

The transition through the airport baggage claim, immigration and customs is usually about 30 minutes to 1 hr. All arriving passengers will need a valid passport. The drive time from the airport to the resort is approximately two hours.

 

Getting to Los Sueños Resort (View Map)

 

From the airport you will head west for about 10 miles and take the exit with signs for Atenas, Orotina and Jaco. Approximately 5 miles before Jaco turn right off the Hwy. onto Herradura Rd. Proceed 2 miles to our office which is 50 meters before the Los Sueños Resort main entrance.

 

Check In

 

Check in (3PM) requires:

1. A credit card for damage and key deposit.
2. To fill a check in form.
3. Sign Rules and Regulations of Los Sueños Resort. (Read Rules).
4. All the names and passport numbers of the guests so they are allowed through the security guards.

 

General Information

• Occupancy is limited to the guests identified at check in. Only our staff can add additional guests. We have night guards that can help you.
• These accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is limited to the terraces only.
• Your phone is blocked to make and receive long distance calls so you may want to bring a calling card (ATT, MCI, Sprint, etc.) or buy a pre-paid calling card from our office. Calling collect is another way to make long distance calls.
• The Los Sueños Beach Club use is available to condo guests only.
• The Marriott Hotel amenities such as the restaurants, bars, room service, casino and golf are available to condo guests. The Marriott pool and gym are exclusive to hotel guests.
