A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

In the event of cancellation, Stay in Costa Rica will retain a 25% cancellation fee.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Stay in Costa Rica.
Cancellation requests are not considered valid until written confirmation has been received and acknowledged by Stay in Costa Rica.
All approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, credit card provider, or booking platform used.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, unused nights, unused services, weather conditions, personal emergencies, flight delays, flight cancellations, or circumstances outside the control of Stay in Costa Rica.
Any request to modify reservation dates, property selection, number of guests, or services must be submitted in writing.
Reservation changes are subject to availability, seasonal rates, minimum stay requirements, and approval by Stay in Costa Rica.
Rate differences may apply.
Stay in Costa Rica strongly recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance.
Travel insurance may help protect guests against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, weather-related disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Guests are required to provide a valid credit card for damages, incidentals, and key deposit purposes.
All guests staying in the property must be registered prior to arrival. Names and identification information, such as passport numbers or driver’s license numbers, may be required for resort security access.
Security will not release keys or allow access to any person who has not been properly registered and authorized.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM noon.
Late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.
Guests agree to return all keys, access cards, parking passes, and Beach Club passes, when applicable, at check-out. Replacement fees may apply for lost or damaged items.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
All guests, visitors, family members, staff, and additional persons entering the resort or property must be properly registered.
Unregistered guests may be denied access by resort security or management.
Additional guests may not use common area facilities unless previously authorized.
All accommodations are privately owned condominiums or homes. Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, equipment, and common areas with care and respect.
After check-out, management will inspect the property. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, lost keys, lost passes, or violations of property rules.
A credit card may be kept on file for damages, incidentals, and unpaid charges.
Pets are not allowed in most condominiums or homes.
Pets are only permitted when specifically authorized in writing by Stay in Costa Rica and only in designated pet-friendly properties.
If a guest brings a pet without prior written authorization, Stay in Costa Rica may deny access, require the pet to be removed, charge additional cleaning or damage fees, or cancel the reservation without refund.
Los Sueños Resort is a family-oriented private community. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, common areas, security personnel, and resort rules.
Guests must follow all community regulations, including but not limited to:
No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM.
No DJs or unauthorized events.
No fireworks.
No smoking or drugs inside the condominiums or homes.
No unauthorized guests.
No pets, unless previously authorized in writing and staying in a designated pet-friendly property.
No minors driving golf carts or motorized vehicles.
Proper use of assigned parking areas.
Respect for common areas, pools, landscaping, and resort facilities.
Violation of these rules may result in fines, eviction, cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of payments, or loss of future booking privileges.
Stay in Costa Rica, property owners, employees, agents, and related parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including but not limited to jewelry, electronics, cash, documents, clothing, luggage, vehicles, or other valuables.
Guests are strongly encouraged to use the in-property safe for passports, cash, jewelry, and valuables.
Management is not responsible for items missing from condominiums, homes, common areas, vehicles, or resort facilities.
Stay in Costa Rica, property owners, employees, agents, and related parties are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, travel disruptions, personal belongings, vehicles, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond their control.
