One Bedroom Condominiums: Max Occupancy 2 Adults.
Two Bedroom Condominiums: Max occupancy 4 Adults.
Three Bedroom Condominiums: Max occupancy 6 Adults.

The maximum allowed of registered and non registered guests is strictly enforced by security. No exceptions allowed.
Private Homes
On some Homes the maximum number of can be altered for a special event as a dinner or gathering. Only with written approval of the Management company.

- Casa Campana: Occupancy Limit 10 people. Registered and non registered.
- Villa Wagner: Occupancy Limit 8 people. Registered and non registered.
- Casa Marlin: Occupancy Limit 10 people. Registered and non registered.
- Casa Cielo Azul: Occupancy Limit 10 people. No groups of single men travelers allowed. No Non registered guest allowed.
- Casa Pacifica:Occupancy Limit 10 people. Registered and non registered.
