Stay in Costa Rica is not only a rental agency, we are a turnkey operation that can take care of all your travel needs.

Our office located at Los Suenos Marina Village is available from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday to help you during your stay. We work with the best professionals in the area to provide outstanding service. From the moment you arrive in Costa Rica, we will handle everything to make yours the perfect vacation. Below is a list of our services to ensure your trip is the best imaginable.

Transportation

We offer private van transportation to all the destinations in Costa Rica and Juan Santamaria Airport. They are operated by professionals and have all permits and insurance. 24/7 at your disposal.

Golf Cart Rental

Golf carts are an easy, comfortable and convenient way to move around this 1,100 acre resort. All rental properties have designated areas to park and charge the carts during the night. Golf Carts Have some fun, experience Costa Rica in a golf cart. It is the best way to get around and enjoy the comfortable climate. Los Sueños Golf Cart have license plates as well so you can drive on the Herradura road and go to the super market. If you are coming between December 20th and April 30th, it is highly recommended to reserve the golf carts prior to your arrival.

Helicopter Transfers

The best way to fly to Los Sueños is by helicopter and land in the Resort’s Helipad by the Marina. The trip takes approximately 25 minutes from SJO airport. There are small airplanes that fly to this area, however the closest air strip is 45 minutes from Los Sueños. Accurate pricing can be provided upon request.

Car Rentals

We work with the most reliable rental car companies of Costa Rica. The cars are renewed every 12-18 months and there are offices throughout the country to assist you in case of a mechanical problem. You can choose to pick up the car at the airport or have the vehicle delivered at the door of your accommodation.

Massage & Spa Services

When you need to relax there are two alternatives: 1. Stay in the comfort of your accommodation and have a private masseuse give you a private treatment. 2. Visit Sibö Spa, or the state of the art Serenity Spa at Villa Caletas and enjoy a full day of treatments.

Catering - Chef services

If you want to enjoy a gourmet meal and don’t feel like going out we can arrange a Chef to cook for your group. There are several chefs in the area however more and more of our guests choose to have this service so it is a good idea to arrange this service in advance. We offer you preset menus or you can make your own. There’s catering available for weddings and any other special events. There’s also bartenders available.

Dining Out

This Los Sueños area offers a wide variety of culinary choices. From casual restaurants with local gastronomy on the beach to fine dining at the resort with extravagant Molecular Cuisine menus. There are also Restaurants in the area that offer Seafood, Steaks, Sushi, Italian, Asian, Lebanese, African, and more. If you go out fishing you can take your catch and have it prepared. Our office can help you decide, tell us you about special occasion , and we will arrange reservations.

Grocery shopping and special requests

Don’t waste your time shopping, we will do it for you. Send us an itemized list of your groceries and special requests and we will stock your accommodations prior to your arrival. If you are coming for a special occasion we can take care of all the little details. For example we can get chocolates and champagne for your loved one or if you are coming for Christmas we can even have a decorated Christmas tree waiting for your family.

Baby Sitting

If you want to go out at night, do an activity for adults or simply have some time without the kids we offer babysitters that can look after your kids. Our style is active and engaging, for families who need an extra hand while on vacation and want their kids to get the most of their time in Costa Rica. Vacation doesn’t start until everybody is happy.
