Reservation and Cancellation Policies

LOW and HIGH SEASON

RESERVATION
- 50% Non refundable deposit is required to Reserve.
- 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELATION
- 48 hours prior to arrival 50% Refund.

PEAK SEASON DEC 17th to JAN 5th

RESERVATION
- 50% Non refundable deposit is required to Reserve.
- 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival

CANCELATION
- 30 Days prior to arrival 50% Refund

If a new reservation fills the same unit and dates 10% penalty
All Cancellation must be sent in written to Stay in Costa Rica
