From a romantic dinner for two to a succulent banquet for hundreds we can help you with all your catering needs. A great way to make your trip unforgettable is to hire the services of a private chef to cook for you in your private condominium or home.

We offer you preset menus or you can make your own.

There’s catering available for weddings and any other special events. There’s also bartenders available.

Breakfast

Breakfast price includes chef services and groceries. *One option per group.

Continental • $12 pp

Fruit, toast, egg (your choice), coffee, orange juice, milk, butter and jam.

American • $17 pp 

Fruit, bacon, eggs (your choice), toast, orange juice, coffee, milk, butter jam.

Costa Rican • $17 pp

Gallo pinto, tortillas, eggs (your choice), bananas, sour cream, tortilla, coffee, orange juice and fruit.

Full Breakfast • $20 pp

Fruit, eggs (your choice), toast, bacon, pancakes, butter, jam, coffee, orange juice and milk (this can change if it is for several days).

Sweet Breakfast • $12 pp

Fruit, pancakes, eggs (your choice), coffee, orange juice, milk, butter and jam.

Energy Breakfast • $12 pp

Fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, orange juice, milk, whole toast, butter and jam.

OPTION ONE • $35 pp

Fish or chicken tacos, typical creole salad, house potatoes, guacamole, salsa, cheese sauce, tortillas, chipotle sauce, lettuce and tomato.

OPTION TWO • $37 pp

Shrimp or beef tenderloin burrito, seed of palm (pejivalle), salad with passion fruit dressing, mini roasted potatoes, chips and Texas cheese (beef dip with cheddar cheese).

OPTION THREE • $40 pp

B.B.Q, grilled potatoes, grilled vegetables, chicken skewers, beef steak with onion, coleslaw salad, bacon dip, ground beans and patacones (green plantains).

OPTION FOUR • $45 pp

Fish ceviche with banana (green plantain) chips, mashed cassava gratin, grilled mushrooms and asparagus, jumbo shrimp with garlic sauce, lobster with garlic sauce and olive oil, and tres leches for dessert.

OPTION FIVE • $38 pp

Typical Costa Rican lunch: creole salad, green papaya hash, rice, stir-fried beans, sweet plantain, chicken in sauce, patacones (green plantain) with shredded beef and pumpkin honey with ice cream for dessert.

Avocado salad and mango vinaigrette, stuffed chicken with spinach and cheese, fried cassava, mixed vegetables and pineapple dessert and vanilla cream

OPTION TWO • $40 pp

Palm of heart salad with chicken and ranch dressing, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, stuffed tenderloin beef with cheese and spinach in 3 pepper sauce, cheesecake and red fruit for dessert.

OPTION THREE • $45 pp

Meat stew (meat soup with Costa Rican vegetables), fried whole snapper, caesar salad, grandmother’s potatoes fries and brownie with breaded ice cream for dessert.

OPTION FOUR • $50 pp

Seafood salad with cassava chips, fettuccine pasta with tomato sauce, beef tenderloin and mushrooms, ciabatta bread with garlic and churchill dessert for dessert.

OPTION FIVE • $55 pp

Ceviche trio (fish, shrimp and mango) rib eye grilled with 3 peppers and mushrooms sauce, stuffed potatoes, grilled vegetables and coconut flan with chocolate cake for dessert.

OPTION SIX • $60pp

Caprese shrimp salad, beef tenderloin and lobster tails, jasmine rice, stuffed mushrooms with vegetables and cheese, strawberry banana crepes and nutella with ice cream for dessert.

bartender service

Per hour • $15

4h minimum 2 – 15 people

Two options :

  1. Simple serving service from a pre-stocked bar. 
  2. Materials purchased and bar stocked by bartender.

Specific requests will be determined prior to the event. Receipt of purchases and service fee will be provided at billing.
