Flawless Stay – Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Stay in Costa Rica at Montecielo 4A. The unit itself was fantastic — it had a spectacular view, an enormous and incredibly comfortable living area with a huge couch (perfect for relaxing after long beach days), an ice machine, a full laundry room, and 3 bedrooms with private baths plus a powder room - all in a beautifully quiet setting. The pool was exquisite, and the condo was stocked with plenty of beach towels — a small detail that made a big difference. The service truly set this experience apart. The check-in process was seamless, and they even stocked the fridge per our request before arrival. They were happy to return and refund anything we didn’t use, which we really appreciated. The team was always available — offering to arrange tours, secure dinner reservations, or answer questions. They were responsive, professional, and thoughtful throughout. We’ve booked with other agencies over the past 15 years and experienced units that weren’t ready when we arrived, difficulties with appliances or misunderstandings at check-in. This stay was the exact opposite — smooth, organized, and stress-free. We would absolutely return and highly recommend both the unit and the management company. A truly five-star experience.
