Lemon Zest – Hours, Location & Details
Lemon Zest is a chef-owned restaurant in Jacó, at El Jardín Plaza, 50 m south of the Más x Menos supermarket. It opened in 2007 under chef Richard Lemon, trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
The kitchen applies French-based technique to ingredients from Costa Rica's Pacific coast, with dishes such as spiny lobster à la Française and duck. Anglers can bring their own catch for the chef to prepare. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available.
